The Academy of Christian Education (ACE) is Acts Church's training arm designed to equip every believer with foundational truths on which he or she can build a victorious Christian life. It also empowers the student and prepares him or her for active service and eventually, leadership in the church and community.

ACE provides these courses in partnership with International Christian Mission (ICM). Some of the materials used are produced by ICM and prepared by highly respected pastors, teachers and subject matter experts who have been used by God mightily to impact the body of Christ through their work.

The courses covers a wide range of topics that aims to take the student from a new born in Christ, all the way into the full maturity of Christ. They will be taught in an environment of impartation, not information; in which the student can fully draw from the lives and experience of the teacher rather than just their workbook.

Our desire is that, at the end of every course the student will experience a deeper level of intimacy with Him, a higher appreciation for His Word and a deeper passion to do His will and finish His work.

ACE Courses

A total of 10 courses are offered through the Academy of Christian Education:

1. Foundational Truths of Christianity
2. Principles of Effective Bible Study
3. Foundational Truths of Evangelism
4. Foundational Truths of the Holy Spirit
5. Foundational Truths of Praise and Worship
6. Principles of Effective Prayer Life
7. Foundational Truths of the Kingdom
8. Foundational Truths of Preaching
9. Foundational Truths of Bible History
10. Foundational Truths of Church Planting

Each course will require 18-20 hours to complete, although some may take longer and others shorter. Students will receive a certificate of completion for each book they complete. Students who complete all 10 required books will receive a Diploma in Pastoral Ministries.

Class Schedule

ACE is conducted 3 times a year (called trimesters) in blocks of 4-6 weeks. Classes are held on Wednesday nights at 7.30pm and students are allowed t choose any class that they would like to attend. Entrace is free but students are required to purchase the workbook that is used for each class.

The Trimesters are:
Trimester 1 (Feb - Mar)
Trimester 2 (June - July)
Trimester 3 (Oct - Nov)
